Production flow
Powder Production: Powder productive process include steps of powder preparation, powder blend, etc.
Compression Molding: Powder will be pressed to desired shape through isostatic pressing.
Sintering: It is processed in high temperature furnace or vacuum furnace with protective atmosphere. Different from metal melting, sintering has at least one element exist in the solid. In the process of sintering, powder particle become metallurgy product with porosity through a series of physical and chemical process including diffusion, recrystallization, fusion welding, chemical combination, and dissolution.
Forging: A processing method that use metal forming machine to press the metal, to make it achieve plastic deformation and obtain forge piece with certain mechanical capacity, certain shape and size. It is one of the two main components of forge and press. Through forging, defects of as-cast condition loose in metallurgical process can be eliminated, microstructure can be optimized, and mechanical capacity of forge pieces is generally superior to casting pieces of same material as the entire flown line is preserved.
Rolling: A processing method that put metal through the gap of a pair of rotating roller (various kinds of shapes) to decrease the section and increase the length of the material by compression of the roller, this is the most commonly used mode of production, mainly used to produce shaped material, sheet material, and tubes. Rolling is divided into hot rolling and cold rolling.
Turning: Lathe turning is a part of machining. Lathe turning mainly machining the rotating work piece by lathe tool. In addition, drill, expanding drill, reamer, screw tap and knurling tool can be used to do corresponding machining on the lathe.
Grinding: It includes surface grinding and centerless grinding. Surface grinding is used to grind flat surface or groove on a flat grinder. Centerless grinding is used to grind outer circle of the work piece.
Deep stamping: A forming and processing method that impose external forces on sheets, strips, tubes, and shaped materials by press machine to make them have plastic deformation or segregation, thus obtain work piece of desired shape and size.
